ORDERING
After you
choose your products, quantity, payment mode – click next. Fill in the form.
Double check your data. The system verifies some data automatically and may
return some mistakes or omissions. Click Accept. You will see Order
Confirmation. Click Buy. The Order Confirmation will be sent soon to you to the
e-mail/fax you input.
DELIVERY
Processing time - 5 to 7 business
days.
We cooperate with Poczta
Polska as a shipping agent. We use normal shipment service as a standard.
If there is
a risk of delay on our side you will be informed.
Customer
who decides to buy and fills in personal data hereby agrees the data are used
for order fulfillment requirements.
According to
art. 2.2 of the Act on Specific Conditions of Retail Sale of July 27, 2002 and
Civil Code (Dz. U. of 2002, No. 141, pos. 1176) Customer will receive order
confirmation together with delivery.
The
Store shall not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery resulting from
incorrect data. In case order is not delivered as a result of incorrect address
data, the Store has right to demand a fine from Customer equal to documented
shipping cost.
The Store
has right to non-acceptance or rejection of an order.
In case of special order products 40% prepayment is
required.
PAYMENT
Cash
on delivery
After
placing an order, we will send you an email or a fax asking you to confirm
the details. After receiving the confirmation, we will send the parcel to the
given address. Then you pay to a courier on delivery.
Bank
Transfer
If you
choose this form of payment you will receive pro-forma invoice with bank account
number and all information required to make the transfer.

Invoice On
filling in an order form you entitle the Store to issue VAT invoice to
you.

For this you can only pay via bank transfer or credit card.
RETURN
POLICY Customer has right to return a product purchased at
our store with no explanation within 14 days from
purchase. The product must not be used or damaged. It has to be returned in the
original packing and secured together with all documents (invoice) sent together
with the product. The return is at Customers expense.
If on
delivery Customer observes any damages, Customer is obliged to open the package
in courier presence. If the the product is damaged in fact, a protocol of
damages must be prepared and sent to the Store. Soon after receipt of the
damaged products, invoice and rightful claim new products according to the order
will be sent.
